Friday we went for the Fish Steamboat as per planned. Ordered abit too much liaos. Can’t finish. Haha.
We ordered 2x golden mushrooms, 1x extra plate of veg, 1xfishballs plus the fish. Actually there’s already veg beneath the fish. So we ended up like having alot of ingredients.
After eating alot, we still have alot.
Damn full.

Bro text us telling us that there’s a small injury at Cookie’s neck area. We thought it’s just a small scratch cuz Bro say it’s not very big. We didn’t go home and check on her. And we should have. Haiz.
Saturday night we wanted to go Mt Faber for the Xmas Light Up with Cookie. After dinner, we went back home to pick her up. Bro bought her down and when I carry her in the van, I touched her neck and felt a big rough lumpy patch. I was so shocked!

Darling quickly park one corner and we check her neck area. There’s quite a big bruise, like 50cents coin size, but dry wound. Wanted to bring her to a vet but it’s already 9 plus and all the vets closed liao, except for those 24hours emergency ones. Instead, we bought her to this pet shop near market, and show the gal Cookie’s wound. Initially she say it could be skin allergy, and other places might be affected too. But after checking, there isn’t any other wounds. So she suspected it’s blade burn. Cuz Cookie’s alright before she went for her grooming. Only when she’s back then there’s this wound and we didn’t notice cuz she’s always with her leash.
Bought her tea tree oil, recommended by the gal and apply daily for Cookie. Now the wound is in recovering stage, so should not be too painful liaos. Just that when it’s recovering, it might itch and she will start scratching herself. So gotta stop her if we see her doing that. Been applying the tea tree oil for 2 days already, hope she’ll get well soon.
Very sad to see her injured. I feel like we failed our duty as her dad and mum =(

Another super irritating pissing thing is, Sat when we were out, calling and looking for 24hours vet, it’s being diverted to mobile so I hang up after awhile since there’s no response. Then, I received a call from a guy awhile later, asking if anyone called. I asked him where is he calling from, he told me crematorium. Then I told him I called the wrong number. And I think that should be the end of the conversation right. Guess what he said?
He say, I THOUGHT YOUR PET DIED.
I AM SO SO SO ANGRY!!!

Feel like giving him 2 tight slaps plus 1 hard punch right smack at the center of his face. Damn. I already tol dhim, WRONG NUMBER, I CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER. Which part of the sentence did he not understand?
And he have to add’ I thought your pet die’.
Already damn upset with Cookie’s wound and yet have to encounter such people.

I hate it when people talk bad things about Cookie. In fact, I think nobody should bad mouth about other people’s dogs or pets. Even if you dun mean it.
I used to have this colleague, he himself also have a dog of his own, and yet he always like to ask, ‘Your dog die already?’
I feel like slapping him real hard and make him wake up. I know he’s just joking, but that doesn’t mean he can say such things. He’s generally very helpful especially when it comes to serious biz and questions about our babies. But still not very nice right. I’m very offended when people curse Cookie, be it on purpose or not.

Anyway, Cookie’s alright now. Just hope she’ll recover fully soon.

We are halfway through潭心风暴, getting to the 高潮 liao. Exciting.
All the family internal battles, kinda scary at at times. A house cannot be too crowded with too many members, neither can there be 2 women. On the surface, all might seem to be going well, but the undercurrents are deadly.
Shall update on 潭心风暴 again.
Darling went over to Tampines to collect my clothes for me. They are finally in from Taiwan =) Waiting for my Avon Cosmetics now.
Hope to get them soon. Supplies running low.
Oh Darling got this back from work.

It’s a new marketing tool from M1.
M1 are really creative when it comes to their marketing and advertising. Their ads and marketing materials are always interesting, fresh and different.
This is a packet of sunflower seeds + postcard. Ya , their ‘everywhere under the sun’ thingy. Nice right. Gonna pot them soon.Ya soon.
Supposed to be yesterday, but today’s Monday liao. Haha.
Anyway, Darling tried planting sunflowers before and he failed. He say it’s not easy. Shall try.
Darling’s got a new name now. He’s Alfred. Haha.
Who’s 常在心? Haha.

Well, we did not win the tour last week. Darling told me the letter for that week is Malaysia Cameron Highlands. And most probably they have given the tour package to her. He say hor, most probably they will give the package to the letter that write about that particular country for that month.
HOW CAN!!!

Like that so unfair leh. Haha. Or actually, it’s just sour grapes loh. Haha.
Well, it’s okay since we are going for our trip in Jan. Getting nearer and nearer. I really look forward to HOLIDAY. I Wanna RELAX!

The sad part is, I will be leaving Cookie in Singapore, with Dad, Mum and Bro. Will make up to her when we are back.
How nice if there’s passport for pets =) Then we can bring them overseas as and when we like.Hoho. But I think that’s quite impossible. I dun think it’ll ever happen.
